Refund Request
If you would like to request a refund, please contact us within 30 days of receiving the item. Please submit a refund request by emailing KnickalasGipson@sunlitbazaarshop.com.
Return Conditions
Items must be unused, in their original packaging, with all tags and accessories attached. We reserve the right to deny a refund request if the item is returned damaged or has obvious signs of use.
Refund Processing
Once we receive the returned item and confirm that it is eligible for a refund, we will process your refund request. Refunds will be processed through the original payment method and usually take 5-10 business days to be credited to your account.
Shipping Policy
The shipping costs of returns are the responsibility of the customer, unless the return is due to our error (e.g. wrong item or defective item), in which case the shipping costs will be borne by us.
Special Terms
